Key aims to meet the needs of existing and future tenants while creating more viable/ letable housing stock. Mary Street, Lauriston Year 2 - 2012/13 Bellsdyke Hospital, Larbert - Phase 3 Phase 3 of the project will provide 18 properties for general needs rent. Bellsdyke Hospital Site, Larbert Burnside Terrace, Camelon Key Housing Association plan to reconfigure the properties at 1 & 3 Burnside Terrace, Camelon to provide 4 new units for special needs. The Association aims to create a mix of units to meet future housing needs. Burnside Terrace, Camelon Overton Crescent, Redding - Phase 2 Phase 2 of the project will provide 21 properties for general needs rent. Overton Crescent, Redding - elevations Overton Crescent, Redding - Phase 3 Phase 3 of the project will provide 21 properties for 13 properties for general needs rent and 10 shared equity properties. Glenburn Road, Hallglen Loretto Housing Association purchased the site at Glenburn Road, Hallglen in 2010 and aim to provide a mix of 25 properties general and special needs housing for rent. The site currently has planning consent for flats, however, Loretto aim to submit a new application with a revised layout. Glenburn Road, Hallglen

The site is accessed through land in private ownership, however, Link has come to an agreement over the access with the Greenbelt Company to allow the project to proceed. The project aims to deliver 30 properties for social rent to meet identified local housing needs. Link Groups application for detailed planning consent was refused by Falkirk Council’s Planning Committee in September 2010. Link Group are considering lodging an appeal. Auchincloch, Banknock Site Layout - Auchincloch, Banknock detailing the orientation of the sun Carrongrove Mill, Stoneywood This site is owned by MacTaggart & Mickel and is subject to Falkirk Council’s Affordable Housing Policy. MacTaggart & Mickel are in discussions with the Link Group and intend to provide the affordable units through a partnership project. It is anticipated the development could provide approximately 27 social rented units to meet identified local housing needs. Site Layout-Carrongrove Mill, Stoneywood Bank Street, Falkirk This site is in private ownership and has planning consent for 27 flats.
