Overton Crescent, Redding
Kingdom Housing Association is working in
partnership with Persimmon Homes to deliver
70 properties over 3 separate phases of
development. This project is within the Polmont
& Rural South area and completion of the
properties will make a contribution in meeting
the shortfall of affordable housing within the
area. Phase 1 of the project will provide 28
properties for general needs rent.

Bellsdyke Hospital, Larbert
Link Group are working in partnership with
Falkirk Council and Persimmon Homes to
deliver 67 properties over 3 separate phases
of development. The project is within the
Larbert/ Stenhousemuir & Rural North area
and completion of the properties will make a
contribution to meet an identified local
housing need in the this area. The Larbert/
Stenhousemuir & Rural North area has the
largest shortfall of affordable housing in the
whole of the Falkirk Council area. Phase 1 of
the project will provide 22 properties for
general needs rent.
