Falkirk Council New Build Programme - Planned Projects Cadzow Avenue, Bo’ness This project forms part of the Council’s New Build Programme and has secured £600,000 funding from the Scottish Government, with the balance of £1.85m being provided by Falkirk Council predominantly through prudential borrowing. The project will deliver 24 properties for rent. Site Layout - Cadzow Avenue, Bo’ness Cadzow Avenue West, Bo’ness Elevations - Cadzow Avenue, Bo’ness Carron Road/ Haugh Street, Falkirk The site forms part of the two distinct blocks on Carron Road, the demolition of Block A is pending and when the project is complete the site will provide 36 properties for rent. Falkirk Council has secured £1.08m funding from the Scottish Government with the remaining balance of £1.937m being predominantly funded through prudential borrowing.
