The site currently has planning consent for 35 flats, however, Link will be submitting a revised planning application with a revised layout. Canal Walk, Falkirk Road, Bonnybridge Canal Walk, Bonnybridge—Site Layout Vellore Road, Maddiston Link Group are working in partnership with Bett Homes to provide 18 properties for rent. The completion of the properties will help to reduce the shortfall of affordable housing in the Polmont & Rural South area which is a priority for Falkirk Council. Westquarter Social Club, Westquarter Gowan Avenue, Grahamston Quay, Falkirk The site is part of 2 phased development project and Weslo Housing Management have entered into discussions with the owner of the site. Phase 1 will deliver 22 properties for main stream rent and Phase 2 will deliver another 22 mainstream properties for rent. Grahamston Quay, Falkirk - Draft Layout Edward Avenue, Larbert Link Group are in discussions with the site owner of Edward Avenue, Larbert. The site already has planning consent for 27 flat, however, the owner is currently in discussions with Planning regarding alternative layouts for the site.
