The Equalities Impact Assessment for the SHIP 2008 indicated there was a gap in relation
to who RSLs allocate their new build properties to in line with the equalities strands.
Appendix 4b includes information from Paragon Housing Association and Weslo
Housing Management on Race and age for new build lets for 2009-2010. Link Housing
Association provided information for new build lets on gender, race, age and economic
activity for 2009-2010 and information on religion, sexual orientation and disability for
January-March 2010.
