Projects Completed Since 2009 SHIP Submission
Lomond Drive, Langlees
This project involved the demolition of 3 blocks
of Council-owned flats comprising 60 properties
in the Dawson Regeneration Area. Link Group
was completed on 9 th June 2009 and provided a
total of 32 dwellings comprising: 10 shared
ownership, 17 rented and 5 shared equity
properties.
Lomond Drive, Langlees
Wood Street, Grangemouth
The project involved the demolition of 6
Council-owned blocks of flats comprising 98
dwellings. Link Group have built a total of 73
new affordable homes comprising: 46 social
rented, 16 shared ownership, 11 shared
equity properties and these were completed
in June 2010.
Wood Street, Grangemouth
Craigleith Road, Grangemouth
This project involved the demolition of 3
blocks of Council-owned flats comprising 72
dwellings. Link Group have delivered 32
social rented units apportioned between
themselves and Paragon Housing
Associations. This scheme was completed in
March 2010.

Torwoodlea, Larbert
This project was developed in partnership with
Link Housing Association and Persimmon
Homes and provided 43 social rented
properties. This project was completed in
May 2010.
