11.6 Protectiveness Statement<br />

The remedy for OUCTP will be protective of human health and the environment upon completion, and in<br />

the interim, exposure pathways that could result in unacceptable risks are being controlled because of the<br />

presence of Monterey County <strong>Ord</strong>inance 4011 and the CRUP.<br />
