desired that all manuscript charts prrparcd in Wmther 13urcau Olfices<br />
<strong>of</strong> all classes be uniform in rcqwct to isobnrs <strong>and</strong> isothwins. Strict<br />
observance <strong>of</strong> the instruction^ at nirport stntions is capecinlly important,<br />
