2. Officials in charge having Forms 1136-1140 for aanuary to June,
1932, inclusive, for intermediate stations on airways no longer ud’r
their general supervision, will forward the files of such forms to the st%-
tion now having general supcrvision of service for thc airway on which
the intermediate stations arc located.
3. Officials and employers at first-order and airport stations at which
Forms 1136-1140 arc prepared will forward carbon copim of the forms to
the proper aupervising station, except as provided in the next paragraph
4. When first-order, airport, and airways stations are locatrd at junction
points involving general supervision by two or niorr stations, carbon
copies of the forms will be furnished to only onc gcncral supervisi11g
station, as outlined in the following list:

UNAUTHORIZED ATTACHMENT OF RADIO ANTENNAE TO WEATHER BUREAU
EQUIPMENT
Attention of the Central OWce has recently been jnvitrd to tlic* fact
that in some instances radio aerials for soriding and rrceiving purposee
are attached to, or erected in close proximity to, the wind in&ument
supports of this bureau. Tho Central Ofice does not favor such an are
rangenlent, even in the case of receiving antennae, and iH unaltrrably
oppowd to it in the case of sending antonnac. In thc former case, such
wires are likely to prove an obstruction to tho proper rrlrnec of balloone
and to interfere with nccerrsary work on tho supports. In the latier CW,
practically all Bending antennae carry 11ig1i voltagca when in operation
and Hcrious aocidenh arc possible through contact with them.
