Anellus, a transverse<br />

membrane, with triangular pointed and porrect anellus lobes.<br />

Saccus moderate; top, a transverse round disc, Aedeagus extremely<br />

long and slender, cornuti several long ridges of fine bristles.<br />

Female genitalia: Ovipositor weak, a single, collar-like, obtusely<br />

pointed dorsal lobe, with long and slender postapophyses. Sterigma,<br />

a pair of bandlike sclerites moderately dilated towards middle, lamella<br />

antevaginalis apparently represented by a small median oval sclerite.<br />

Anapophyses slender, shorter than postapophyses. Between sterigma<br />

and ovipositor there is an additional division, segment-like and with<br />

a pair of extra apophyses-like thin rods.<br />

Colliculum, a dark slender<br />

cylinder. Ductus bursae extremely long and narrow, spiraled, its<br />

lower portion and wall of corpus bursae finely punctulate or denticulate,<br />

Signa two, a group of sclerotized parietal folds and a huge<br />

flat hook with regularly serrate edge.<br />

Distribution:<br />

Ceylon; Philippine Is., Luzon.<br />

Male genitalia: Tegumen moderate, rounded. Socius long, pending,<br />

obtuse and simple. Gnathos, a short but strong transverse band,<br />

Valva broadly oval, on the outer side with a fan of very long hairpencils.<br />

Saccus long and strong, apical half dilated. Aedeagus very<br />

long, slender, simple.<br />

Male and female, 7-9 mm. Head and body pale grey, somewhat<br />

variably clouded with white and fuscous. Antenna glossy grey, in<br />

certain lights appearing dark grey. Palpus straight, drooping, rather<br />

long; dark grey, bases of median and terminal segments and tip<br />

white.<br />

Forewing lanceolate, gradually narrowed from before middle to<br />

apex, apex obtusely pointed. Whitish, variably marbled and strewn<br />

with dark leaden grey or purpHsh grey. More or less discernible and
