Design variant: thread inserts are made of a rhombic, profiled stainless steel wire, helix-shaped.
The result is a wear-, corrosion- and heat-resistant thread with a narrow tolerance.
Application: fully suitable for
•thread plating in materials with reduced shearing strength
•repair of damaged or worn-out threads
•scrap recycling
Important: Thread insert at least 1 / 4 turn below the workpiece surface and fit only in fully cut thread.
