Thread repair<br />

Design variant: thread inserts are made of a rhombic, profiled stainless steel wire, helix-shaped.<br />

The result is a wear-, corrosion- and heat-resistant thread with a narrow tolerance.<br />

Application: fully suitable for<br />

•thread plating in materials with reduced shearing strength<br />

•repair of damaged or worn-out threads<br />

•scrap recycling<br />

Important: Thread insert at least 1 / 4 turn below the workpiece surface and fit only in fully cut thread.<br />
