GVG sliding track oils
GVD contains surface-active substances which improve the friction coefficients and which even at a slow
feed rate and high loads avoid a stick-slip. The oils of series GVD are lubrication oils which form a pressureresistant
and adhesive lubricating film which is suitable even for vertically arranged guide rails because
there is no formation of drops.
Advantages:
•good demulsification
•optimum compatibility with cooling lubricants
which can be mixed with water
•excellent corrosion protection
•well-proved adhesion, even in case of plasticcoated
sliding tracks
Application:
•lubrication of sliding tracks with and without plastic coating
•for horizontally and vertically running guide rails, supports, connecting links, machine stands etc.
•also excellently suited for high-capacity frame saw, hydraulic systems and low-load closed gears in tool
machines

LVG spindle oils for motor and high-frequency spindles
LVG are finest filtrated HLP-D hydraulic oils (DIN 51 524-2). The cleanliness class is stipulated to 15/13/
10 according to ISO 4406. They have excelling deterging and dispersing properties.
