Parity:<br />

Determination of the Parity bit. You can select no, even and odd.<br />

Mode:<br />

Defines the operation mode. It makes a difference between Slave- and<br />

Master mode. Defines additionally the valid address sector of the data.<br />

Slave / Address: 40001-49999<br />

Master / Address: 40001-49999 (Default setting)<br />

Slave / Address: 1-65535<br />

Master / Address: 1-65535<br />

Slave / Address: 0-65535<br />

Master / Address: 0-65535<br />

Modbus address:<br />

Gives the state of the address at the Modbus. The range of value is<br />

1..2..247. 2 is the default setting.<br />

Timeout:<br />

Master mode: Gives the maximum time in milliseconds how long the Master<br />

waits <strong>for</strong> an answer telegram of the Slave.<br />

Slave mode: Gives the maximum time in milliseconds how long the Master<br />

waits <strong>for</strong> an answer telegram of the remote partner.<br />

The range of value is 1 to 10000 and 1000 is the default setting.<br />

Retries:<br />

Defines the number of telegram retries in the case of errors. Only of<br />

importance <strong>for</strong> the Master mode. The range of value is 1 to 10 and 3 is the<br />

default setting.<br />

Error LED:<br />

<strong>Operating</strong> mode of the Error LED. You can set set/delete or only set.<br />
