Mission Need: More detailed field analyses to boost investigative efforts and increase awareness of maritime<br />

• The objective of this project is to create/develop a tool, for use by Boarding<br />
Team Members during maritime interdictions, capable of testing cocaine<br />
Purity, Signature (i.e., source country and processing location), and Cutting<br />
