USACE AIS Transmit Mission Need: Development and use of e-Navigation (eNav) on Western Rivers. GLRI BWT Shipboard Approval Tests Mission Need: Capability to verify that Ballast Water Treatment (BWT) systems installed aboard ships meet discharge standards.
