CD/AMIO Deterrence Metric System and Valuation Model<br />
Mission Need: Effectiveness assessment modeling for Counter Drug (CD) and Alien Migrant Interdiction<br />
Operations (AMIO) missions.<br />

• Identify new and expanded mission effectiveness metrics which measure<br />
the broader non-direct value of the CD or AMIO mission activities to the<br />
<strong>Coast</strong> <strong>Guard</strong>, DHS and Nation.<br />

support metric system analytics.<br />
