Mission Need: A process to transfer a good idea or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) tool to CG-wide use.
Project Objectives:
• Develop a user-friendly, repeatable checklist on how to transition good
ideas to the CG.
• Develop a process to identify a “Champion” for projects to support funding
and transition of those projects to CG-wide implementation.
