While we are aware that alternate thrift stores also operate within the Village of Huntley
they do not offer a free door to door pickup service as our store does.
In summary, Pioneer Center for Human Services, DBA: Sweet Repeats Thrift
Shoppe believes that for the past three years of our business operating in the Village of
Huntley we have run a very high end thrift store and have proven that we are a quality
business that is an asset to the community. We humbly request that the Village of
Huntley approve our request for a Special Use Pennit to relocate our thrift store operation
from 10514 Route 47 to the Huntley Outlet Mall, Unit 300 located at 11800 Factory
Shops Boulevard, in the Village of Huntley. We would like to move to our new
proposed location and be open for business in this location before the end of June 2013.
The Huntley Outlet Mall operators have agreed to grant us a one (1) year lease with an
option for an additional two (2) year renewal to be exercised before the end of the first
years lease period.
