Personal awareness of the process provides evidence that procedures are
currently being applied. Certified records of completed work and results achieved
provide evidence that procedures have been applied in the past.
5. Audit Reporting:
The output of the audit will be a report which will contain, as a minimum:
a) A statement of the audit investigation performed, the activity audited,
standards, procedures, individuals and processes
b) The evidence gathered
c) Any deficiencies or areas for improvement identified. This will be recorded
in sufficient detail to permit subsequent independent re-audit.
6. Corrective Action:
Where problems are discovered during the audit, a corrective action request will
be raised and brought to the attention of the Head of Management Training.
It is the responsibility of the Head of Management Training to investigate the
problem and implement a suitable corrective action within a given timescale
It is the responsibility of the auditor to follow up and re-audit the corrective
actions and record formally when the action has been satisfactorily completed
and the audit closed.
