Prior to moving into consultancy, Simon worked in industry and held a
number of senior sales and marketing management positions where he was
responsible for sales growth in NI, ROI, GB, mainland Europe and Rest of
World. One such company was Sperrin Metal Products Ltd where Simon
played a central role in growing sales across 90 countries worldwide. During
his time with Sperrin, the company won three Queens Awards for Export
Achievement.
Simon moved into consultancy 15 years ago and has worked with over
2,000 businesses in NI, Republic of Ireland and GB over this time. He
established Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd 7 years ago and the
Practice has grown to become one of the largest and most successful
independently owned management consultancy firms in NI. The secret
of this success comes down to delivery – we adopt a very “hands on”
approach where we work closely with clients to make things happen quicker,
more easily and more profitably than would otherwise be the case. In short,
Full Circle is all about helping clients to get results.
Whilst he has worked with a massive cross-section of clients, Simon has
particular experience in the following sectors – engineering, construction
products and services and tradable services. In recent years, Simon has
worked with a large number of Republic of Ireland-based companies to
assist them to gain a foothold in the NI market. This has involved identifying
potential customers, getting the right doors open and ensuring that the
clients have the maximum opportunity to generate new business as a
direct result.
