Peter is a specialist in International Business Development, helping
companies to grow and achieve success through a range of activities
covering strategic planning, sales, marketing, fundraising and organisation
change management.
Peter brings a wealth of experience from working at Senior Executive and
Board level in Ireland and internationally across a range of sectors primarily
ICT, Energy, Engineering, Construction and Public Services with both large
enterprises and SMEs/start-ups.
Examples of Peter’s recent client work include:
• Mentoring to CEO of Ultan Technologies, a SaaS CRM solutions
provider, on business plan development – the company subsequently
won the 2012 Docklands Innovation Award sponsored by PwC, Bolton
Trust and DIT
• Strategic advisory support to the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland
(SEAI), a public service organisation, on the rollout of the national energy
efficiency programme incorporating energy savings obligations on
suppliers
• CRM/sales process development and training with Axios Healthcare, a
global healthcare services company headquartered in Paris
• Marketing consultancy with Lawell Roofing, a leading Belfast-based
roofing contractor, on development of an all-island marketing plan
Amongst his former Executive positions Peter was VP Marketing for
Baltimore Technologies, an Internet security start-up that grew to a valuation
of $10bn on NASDAQ and LSE.
• Marketing consultancy with Intune Networks, a world leader in next
generation networking, and the winner of the InterTradeIreland/Irish
Times “Innovation of the Year” award in 2011
• Strategic planning, fundraising and marketing consultancy with
Imperative Energy, a biomass energy supply company, and winner of the
“Best in Bioenergy” at the 2011 Global Cleantech Awards
