Global Gateway, G-FAIR 2010<br />
G-FAIR 2010 will be held from<br />
October 27th-29th at Ilsan's KINTEX. G-<br />
FAIR 2010 is an exhibition where buyers<br />
<strong>and</strong> visitors will see the latest products <strong>and</strong><br />
technologies from <strong>Korea</strong>'s small <strong>and</strong><br />
medium sized enterprises. Approximately,<br />
800 companies will participate to showcase<br />
their products <strong>and</strong> 400 foreign buyers<br />
from 25 nations as well as domestic buyers<br />
will visit the event. G-FAIR 2010 has<br />
been organized by Gyeonggi's Provincial<br />
Government, Gyeongi-do's Small <strong>and</strong><br />
medium Business <strong>Center</strong>, <strong>and</strong> Small <strong>and</strong><br />
Medium Business <strong>Center</strong>s Association of<br />
<strong>Korea</strong> since 1999. This 13th year of the<br />
event will provide an opportunity to display<br />
their products <strong>and</strong> to meet potential<br />
buyers at this event. There will be lots of<br />
new products, as well as the latest cuttingedge<br />
technology.<br />
G-FAIR 2010 is the nation's largest<br />
event. It has developed into a global exhibition.<br />
This year, the event steps up to provide<br />
a forum to facilitae business connections<br />
between oversea <strong>Korea</strong>n traders <strong>and</strong><br />
small <strong>and</strong> medium enterprises. This event<br />
is being staged in conjunction with the<br />
15th World OKTA Convention organized<br />
by W-OKTA(World Federarton of<br />
Oversea <strong>Korea</strong>n Traders Associations).<br />
Besides the exhibition, there will also host<br />
export counseling, purchase consultation<br />
of Big <strong>and</strong> Small business, a global sourcing<br />
plaza <strong>and</strong> the OKTA export fair.<br />
Since there will be many foreign companies<br />
representatives in attendance, the G-<br />
FAIR 2010 will provide a great opportunity<br />
to promote business for all parties involved.<br />
The event organizers expect that<br />
many foreign large distributors <strong>and</strong> global<br />
companies will participate in the global<br />
sourcing plaza, which should enhance the<br />
exposure of small <strong>and</strong> medium business.<br />
Additional events are also on tap at G-FAIR 2010. Events that are scheduled included<br />
arranged seminars <strong>and</strong> meetings. During the event, there will be a Patent <strong>and</strong><br />
Intellectual Property Seminar that will be held on the 2nd floor at KINTEX. Also, there<br />
will be a Youth Entrepeneurship Seminar for college students <strong>and</strong> anyone alse is an aspiring<br />
business person. There will also be an Overseas Distribution Seminar for enterprises<br />
seeking overseas market advancement . Lastly, there will be a Venture<br />
Management Special Lecture, in which the organizers of G-FAIR 2010 have invited<br />
CEO's with management success to be speakers. Aside from the booths <strong>and</strong> businesses,<br />
there will be many side-events held at G-FAIR 2010 at the exhibition center. There will<br />
be companies' sponsorship products available as well as a daily lottery for prize giveaways.<br />
