Table 6.27 and Figure 6.50 show that for the last two years, the import volumes of bamboo shoots<br />
have decreased from 1810 tonnes <strong>in</strong> 2007 to 1540 tonnes <strong>in</strong> 2008. This equates to a reduction <strong>in</strong><br />
annual volume of 15%.<br />
