(b) Ticketing — an efficient system of ticketing for General Admission and Corporate<br />
Box admission, player passes and NBL sponsors and guest passes.<br />
(c) Corporate Hospitality — a high standard of seating and catering for Corporate<br />
boxes.<br />
(d) Provide game time clock with 4 × 10 min capability, 2 × 24 second time clocks and<br />
a score board.<br />
(e) Appoint an Event Manager who will be responsible for the conduct of the home<br />
game in accordance with the directions given by the General Manager of the<br />
League.<br />
(f) Score bench with score and time clock controls. Provide operators as required in<br />
a NBL regular season game. All bench personnel shall be in neutral attire unless<br />
specified otherwise by NBL Ltd.<br />
(g) Provide match statisticians.<br />
(h) Two × floor wipers at each end of the court during games, with material for general<br />
floor wiping and material to handle blood spills. (Note blood material should<br />
include protective gloves, separate wipe cloths and a bucket for disposal).<br />
(i) Provide 2 St. Johns medical officers [or similar] and bulk ice [min. 2 × 5 kg bags]<br />
(j) For televised games, the floor playing surface shall be marked with basketball lines<br />
only. No other lines shall be visible. Court presentation shall be approved by NBL<br />
Ltd prior to the semi-finals being played.<br />
(k) Provide a suitable standard of after-match hospitality to visiting team members<br />
and referees, sponsors and guests of NBL Ltd.<br />
2. Provide playing facility:<br />
The stadium must be approved by the NBL Ltd, and be:<br />
(a) Capable of seating for semi-finals should have as a minimum general admission<br />
seating capacity of at least 1,000 general seats plus corporate boxes. Seating for<br />
finals should have as a minimum general admission seating capacity of at least<br />
2,000 general seats plus corporate boxes or otherwise approved by the General<br />
Manager of the League.<br />
(b) Suitable for TVNZ broadcast.<br />
(c) Within the host team’s area of domicile<br />
The following requirements should also be accommodated:<br />
