Each sign is to be no larger than 1.0 square metre in size.<br />

Two of these four signs are used for NBLL sponsors (NBLL Ltd to advise<br />

which).<br />

The remaining two cannot be used by the same sponsor as the centre circle<br />

sponsor.<br />

Keyhole signage can only be used with approval from NBLL Ltd.<br />

10.3 Courtside signage layout must comply with the standards set in Sponsor Requirements<br />

(page 9).<br />

10.4 Teams have the right to utilise these court-side signage spaces provided:<br />

10.4.1 the one space in front of the visiting team’s bench are for the use of the visiting<br />

team;<br />

10.4.2 NBLL shall have use of 12 of the court-side signage spaces, and can in its sole<br />

discretion determine which signs it chooses;<br />

10.4.3 signs must be no larger than 2.4 metres in length and 0.6 metres in height;<br />

10.4.4 signs are to be set back 2 metres from the court boundaries (where possible);<br />

10.4.5 signs are to be of a construction that will not injure players<br />

10.5 No signage is permitted on the backboards. Signs are permitted on the backboard upright<br />

supports (floor to board). Any such signs are to be no larger than 0.6 metres square.<br />

10.6 Aerial signage is not allowed above the court or within 3 metres surrounding the court.<br />

10.7 The overall impression of the stadium must be that no single team sponsor shall overshadow<br />

the NBLL League naming sponsor.<br />

11 Team Roster Registration<br />

11.1 Each team must have submitted to the League Manager, no later than 28 days prior to<br />

the first regular season game of the League, a Team Roster Form that contains the full<br />

details of 12 players.<br />

11.2 Each team must maintain a Team Roster from the lodgement date until their final game<br />

of the year of no less and no more than 12 players.<br />

11.3 A new Team Roster Form with all completed details must be lodged to the League Manager<br />

48 hours prior to the team’s next game for any change in the playing Team Roster.<br />

11.4 All players on the Team Roster must have completed the Player Registration requirements<br />

of the NBLL to play in a League match.<br />

11.5 Each team may have no more than two players who are not eligible to compete for the<br />

<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> National Team under the criteria established by FIBA, such players shall<br />

be known as “restricted players”.<br />

11.6 Each player listed shall endorse his inclusion in the team by signing the Team Roster<br />

form.<br />

11.7 No player can be added to a Team Roster if they cannot qualify to play in the Finals<br />

System.<br />

11.8 In the event of any duplication of names on Team Rosters received from two or more<br />

teams, the names of the players involved shall be eliminated from all Team Rosters. The<br />

League Manager may reinstate a player following written clarification from the player<br />

concerned detailing which team he wishes to play for.<br />
