(e) Separate medical room with lay down provision, benches, table, stretcher and easy<br />

access to water. Bulk ice [min 2x5kg bags] readily at hand at all times during practice<br />

and game.<br />

(f) A designated media conference room with tables, chairs and at least four phone<br />

lines out. The room must be suitable for TV interviews, if so required. Signage<br />

display is the preserve of NBL Ltd.<br />

(g) Fully serviced hospitality suites as agreed with NBL Ltd.<br />

(h) If required make available a secure room with a toilet facility attached suitable for<br />

use by the <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> Drug Testing Authority to conduct drug tests. NBL Ltd to<br />

advise this need at least 10 days prior to the event.<br />

3. Marketing requirements:<br />

(a) Provide all ticketing needs.<br />

• Player passes (for partners) up to 30 — seating anywhere.<br />

• VIP passes to NBL Ltd up to 100 — lower levels, middle of court.<br />

• Media passes. up to 25 — courtside.<br />

• TVNZ Media. up to 20 — as required.<br />

• Officials. up to 10 — anywhere.<br />

Corporate Boxes:<br />

• Provide 6–8 person fully serviced boxes as required for the event.<br />

• Provide 5 Corporate Boxes of which will be used by NBL Ltd and its own<br />

sponsor requirements.<br />

• The remainder of Corporate Boxes will be for the Host Franchise to sell to<br />

sponsors and public.<br />

Television: The Event Manager is to provide for the needs of TVNZ to satisfactorily<br />

perform its commitments to NBL Ltd.<br />

Programmes: The Event Manager shall be responsible for the production of the<br />

event programmes. Contents must include:<br />

• Acknowledgement of NBL sponsors.<br />

• Team information, names, numbers, etc.<br />

• Other material as reasonably defined by the NBL Ltd.<br />

NBL Ltd will assist with content for the programme.<br />

Stadium signage: The signage areas are reserved for the exclusive use of NBL Ltd,<br />

to be used as directed:<br />

• The entire court playing floor area.<br />

• The backboard supporting structure.<br />

• An area of 3 metres extending from the sides and ends of the court outwards.<br />

• The score and time clock.<br />

Note: All signage must be approved by NBL Ltd prior to the commencement of the<br />

event and in general shall not conflict with any NBL Ltd sponsors signage. Free<br />

standing floor signs shall be no larger than 0.6 m. high and 2.4 m long and shall be<br />

of such material that any impact will not cause injury.<br />
