(f) Entertainment: The Event Manager will be responsible for the implementation of<br />
the entertainment programme.<br />
(g) After Match Function: Provide a suitable standard of after-match hospitality to<br />
visiting team members and referees, sponsors and guests of NBL Ltd.<br />
NBL Ltd and Host Franchise Responsibilities: Advertise and Promote the Game<br />
The host franchise and NBL Ltd will work together to maximise national and local promotion<br />
of the match. This includes but is not limited to provision of the following:<br />
1. Radio and Press advertising: National promotion and advertising is the responsibility<br />
of NBL Ltd. The home team may advertise in local print media advertising and editorial<br />
content with agreement from NBL Ltd’s General Manager.<br />
2. Media Releases: All media releases for the event will be the responsibility of NBL Ltd.<br />
3. Post Match: Media interviews after games will be required and security for players, officials<br />
and match personnel is required. General stadium security is required.<br />
4. Ticket Pricing: The Home Team, after consultation with the League General Manager<br />
will set the ticket prices for the event. All semi final and final games are part of the NBL<br />
Finals system and a premium price in excess of regular season prices at the venue may<br />
apply.<br />
This document outlines the base requirements for hosting an NBL Finals game. It is the intention<br />
of NBL Ltd to work closely with the home team to maximise the impact of the game as a sports<br />
entertainment product for spectators and the television audience. If alterations to responsibilities<br />
outlined in this document are required to achieve this they must be agreed to by the General Manager<br />
of the NBL.<br />
