Court Announcements
Once again, the competition must be referred to as the Dominion Finance NBL. Please ensure
that your court announcer is aware of this. Between tip-off and the game’s conclusion at
ALL home games your court announcer must recognise, at least twice the NBL sponsors.
Court announcers must also refer to the visiting team by their official name (including
team sponsor).
Signage
The League has the free use of 12 courtside signage spaces for the use of NBL and BBNZ
sponsors. Each signage space shall be 2.4 m long. The following have been allocated:
Naming Right Sponsor
Four courtside signs must be displayed during all NBL games. Two floor decals. Backboard
Signage: Eight tickers in corners. Placement of these is as instructed by the League office.
This year we are placing signs as per a plan for each venue, taking into account the differences
between venues. Contact the NBL Manager if you any doubts about this.
Visiting Team
You must provide one blank signage holders for use by the visiting team in front of their
team bench.
