3.8.3 Upgrade You can upgrade the firmware of <strong>EFM</strong> modem using the upgrade function. Press Upgrade under the UTILITY menu. Type the path and file name of the firmware file you wish to upload to the <strong>EFM</strong> modem in the text box or click Browse to locate it on the PC. Press OK button to upgrade. The system will reboot automatically after finishing. (Firmware upgrades are only applied after a reboot.) After the firmware upgrade process is complete, you can see the SYSTEM INFO screen to verify your current firmware version number. 64
3.8.4 Logout To exit the web configurator, press LOGOUT. You have to log in with your password again after you log out. This is recommended after you finish a management session for security reasons. 65
