concealing evidence <strong>of</strong> Epstein’s sexual exploits.<br />
• February 24- March 31, 2010 – Jacksonville<br />
— Reported August 16, 2010 by Channel 6 News.<br />
— Six arrests were made due to crimes discovered during a joint investigation by the Federal<br />
Bureau <strong>of</strong> Investigation and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office targeting child prostitution.<br />
— The "Operation Abandoned Hope" investigated child prostitution allegations regarding the sex<br />
trafficking <strong>of</strong> a minor girl, aged 15, between February 24 and March 31.<br />
— Six indictments were issued against six individuals.<br />
Georgia<br />
• July 11, 2011- Norcross<br />
— Reported on July 11, 2011, by Laura Sullivan <strong>of</strong> Lilburn-Mountain Park Patch<br />
— Carl Fredrik Skow, 33, <strong>of</strong> Norcross has been arrested for sex trafficking <strong>of</strong> a child. He made<br />
arrangements for an underage person to be in his custody for a year.<br />
— Officials were able to make the arrest after a two-month operation, according to the GBI.<br />
— The GBI’s new Human <strong>Trafficking</strong> Unit and the Sandy Springs Police Department assisted<br />
U.S. Immigration and Customs to make the arrest. This is the first arrest that the new unit has<br />
been involved in, according to Bankhead.<br />
• July 10, 2011- Atlanta<br />
— Reported on July 10, 2011, by Marcus K. Garner <strong>of</strong> The Atlanta Journal-Constitution<br />
— A missing Nashville teen, 16, was rescued from an Atlanta area human trafficking and<br />
prostitution network, and one man was arrested during the investigation, authorities said.<br />
— According to hotel records agents recovered, the teen had been staying there for more than<br />
30 days.<br />
— She was taken to the Metro Youth Detention Center pending transport to Tennessee, and in<br />
a Friday morning hearing she was waived extradition to Tennessee.<br />
• May 19, 2011- Atlanta*<br />
— Reported on May 19, 2011, by The Associated Press printed in Times Free Press<br />
— Soloman Manasseh Mustafa, 37, <strong>of</strong> Stone Mountain was arraigned before a federal<br />
magistrate judge Wednesday.<br />
— A grand jury indicted him and 24-year-old Kalandra Annette Wallace <strong>of</strong> Jonesboro last week<br />
after prosecutors said they operated a sex trafficking ring in metro Atlanta and sometimes<br />
transported young women to Alabama or North Carolina to engage in sex acts.<br />
— The pair posted ads on websites like Craigslist and Backpage to recruit the young women<br />
between January and June 2010, according to the indictment<br />
