aggravated sexual exploitation <strong>of</strong> a minor, promoting prostitution and solicitation to commit<br />
statutory rape. She was arrested Dec. 9.<br />
— Thompson advertised the juvenile’s services on the internet.<br />
— This investigation coincided with the arrest <strong>of</strong> two men, Nathaniel and Tavoris Roberts, who<br />
along with Patrick Bullock, Sherman Aiden and Johnny Turrentine, face federal charges for<br />
allegedly running a prostitution ring out <strong>of</strong> Columbia.<br />

investigators in Nashville announced that four teenage girls were rescued from a multistate<br />
sex trafficking ring<br />
— 58 pages <strong>of</strong> court documents on the case don't answer many questions about the four young<br />
teenage girls who <strong>of</strong>ficials say were repeatedly sold for sex by Somali gang members in<br />
Nashville motels and apartments<br />

them across state lines.<br />
- The gang is based in Minnesota and they trafficked a 15 year old girl from Minnesota to<br />
Tennessee.<br />
- The girl has a long history as being a runaway, but the warrant spells out that she was also<br />
being victimized by a group <strong>of</strong> Somalia men who were promoting her into prostitution.<br />
• August 30, 2010 – Nashville*<br />
- Reported August 31, 2010 by Nicole Young <strong>of</strong> The Tennessean.<br />
- Tyree Walker, 36, was arrested in the parking lot <strong>of</strong> an Elm Hill Pike hotel after undercover<br />
detectives responded to an Internet escort ad he placed on Backpage.com promoting two<br />
17-year-old girls.<br />
- After the teens agreed to perform sex acts for money, they were both taken into custody.<br />
- Both girls, who are from Macon, Ga., and Norfolk, Va., are charged in Juvenile Court with<br />
prostitution.<br />

— Leonard Fox, 43, plead guilty to forcing girls, some as young as 13, to engage in commercial<br />
sex acts for his financial benefit.<br />
— Fox was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for forcing young girls into child prostitution.<br />
