Pa., broke up a sex-trafficking operation involving 177 girls and women. Seventy-seven of the
victims, including a 10-year-old, were from the Toledo area.

— Sentenced eight years ago for sex crimes against children and adolescents and other crimes
involving pornography, prostitution and the Internet, former Marietta College professor
Eugene Robert Anderson found himself back before a Washington County judge Monday for
a resentencing.
— In 2002, Washington County Common Pleas Judge Susan Boyer sentenced Anderson, 60, of
Parkersburg, to approximately 88 years in prison after he was found guilty of 108 felony
counts, including pandering obscenity involving a minor, promoting prostitution, unauthorized
use of property, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, illegal use of a minor in
nudity-oriented material and corruption of a minor.
— After hearing Anderson's comments, Boyer sentenced the man to serve virtually the same
sentence as she imposed in 2002, a range of approximately 80 to 95 years.

— The FBI along with local police and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office have made 80
arrests in the Cleveland area alone targeting prostitution, trying to identify and recover
children who have been sold into human trafficking
— FBI Special Agent Scott Wilson says the effort has been an annual operation by federal
agents, who nationwide have arrested 99 pimps, with more than 600 other adults involved in
prostitution activities
— Recent sweeps have recovered two juveniles in Toledo, where more than 60 children have
been recovered in recent years, after they were sold into a life of prostitution
— The FBI identifies one of the pimps as 33-year-old Andre O'Bello who faces multiple charges
that include rape, kidnapping and compelling prostitution

- The Cadiz mother charged with compelling prostitution of children was in Eastern Division
Court for a preliminary hearing, but the hearing did not take place.
- Authorities said they've discovered that the case is "multi-jurisdictional," having allegedly
taken place in several different areas.
- U.S. Marshals picked up the 32-year-old mother from the Belmont County Jail and took her
into federal custody.
- He said the case now will go forward in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

- Mark A. Fetter, 27, is facing two sex trafficking charges and one charge of obstruction.
- FBI agents say he was forcing a developmentally delayed teenager to prostitute herself.
- Fetter was forcing the 17-year-old girl to have sex at the Sunset Motel on Telegraph Road
and he was recruiting clients at area bars.
- A confidential informant told police that she witnessed several men outside of a room waiting
their turn to have sex with the girl.
