Steering routine for physics initialisation<br />

CALL GPHYSI<br />

The routine GPHYSI is called at initialisation time by the user usually from the UGINIT routine (see example<br />

in [BASE100]). The purpose of GPHYSI is twofold:<br />

• print the parameters of the current run<br />

• compute the cross-section and energy loss tables and fill the JMATE data structure [CONS199].<br />

1 Print the run definitions<br />

GPHYSI prints the GEANT version number and the ZEBRA [8] version number stored in the JRUNG data<br />

structure [BASE299]<br />

GPHYSI also prints the tracking and physics parameters for the current run, which are stored in the JTMED<br />

data structure. See the description of the JTMED data structure in [CONS210] and [CONS299].<br />

A summary table like below will be output by GPHYSI<br />
