Possible CHOPT values are:

Switch on/off SCAN mode. If SCAN mode is on, SCAN geantinos are generated and tracked to fill (or
complete) the current scan data structure. If SCAN mode is off, normal kinematics generation and tracking
will take place. If INIT is given, the current SCAN data structure (if any) will be dropped and SCAN mode
will be turned on.
