1. Those who will not attend <strong>the</strong> <strong>IUBS</strong> GA scheduled on 8 July 2012 can
depart or go on local <strong>to</strong>urs in <strong>the</strong> evening on 7 July 2012.
2. Due <strong>to</strong> an overlap with <strong>the</strong> Sino‐Africa Forum, those who are going <strong>to</strong>
attend <strong>the</strong> GA <strong>and</strong> living in <strong>the</strong> Xiangshan Hotel have <strong>to</strong> check out after
dinner at 1930 <strong>and</strong> move <strong>to</strong> Dongshan Hotel at 2015.
3. Free transportation <strong>to</strong> Dongshan Hotel will be organized at 20:15 in front
of <strong>the</strong> Gate of Xiangshan Hotel <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> room price at Dongshan Hotel will
<strong>the</strong> same as that in Xiangshan Hotel.
4. Those who are not going <strong>to</strong> attend <strong>the</strong> <strong>IUBS</strong> GA scheduled on 8 July 2012
<strong>and</strong> continue <strong>to</strong> stay at Xiangshan Hotel have <strong>to</strong> check out before 12:00 on
8 July 2012 <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>re will be no transportation organized at Xiangshan
Hotel from 8 July 2012.
5. As a compensation <strong>and</strong> <strong>to</strong>ken of appreciation of cooperation, <strong>the</strong>
Wuzhong District will offer a free local trip on <strong>the</strong> afternoon 8 July 2012
<strong>and</strong> morning 9 July 2012. The trip is also open <strong>to</strong> all <strong>the</strong> attendees at both
<strong>the</strong> GA <strong>and</strong> <strong>Conference</strong>.
6. Please inform <strong>the</strong> <strong>Conference</strong> Secretariat at <strong>the</strong> Registration Desk if you
are going <strong>to</strong> take <strong>the</strong> free <strong>to</strong>urs.
