RFP Structure This RFP is divided into four (4) main sections: Section 1: General Information This section contains information regarding general requirements, important dates, contact information, etc. Section 2: Document Management and Imaging (DMI) system This section covers the requirements for the document management and imaging system, which includes the software, database, end-user interface, scanning station, scanner and any other modules or peripherals. Section 3: Document Conversion Services This section covers the scanning service itself, including the process for pickup, scanning, indexing, data import into the DMI system, etc. Section 4: Cost Summary This section covers pricing, payment terms, cost summary, and other cost related matters. 10/16/2006 4 of 63

Datatel is the core resource enterprise application for Student Records, Registration, Financial Aid, Financial Affairs, Human Resources and Payroll among others. 1.3.2 Client Workstations User workstations include 5% Apple Macintosh running OS X, and 95% DELL computers running Windows XP. 10/16/2006 5 of 63
