Section 4: Cost Summary<br />
4.1 General<br />
For each Section 2 and Section 3, vendor shall provide pricing information accordingly in the<br />
following summary tables. In addition to using the formatted tables below, vendors can provide<br />
pricing in different formats, cost grouping, and bundle combinations as necessary.<br />
4.2 Document Management and Imaging (DMI) system (Section 2)<br />
Vendor shall provide pricing for all software related components, including server-based<br />
software, client applications, and web-based interfaces. Vendor shall assume that STU already<br />
has the required licenses for MS-SQL Server available.<br />
