PRESENTERS<br />
Brian Eldridge<br />
Brian Eldridge is a freshman at Dover High School and has been a member of Dover Youth to Youth for 4 years.<br />
He is a member of the Leadership Team and has been very active in creating media messages around alcohol<br />
issues for the group, including radio spots and video production.<br />
RJ Elrick<br />
R. J. Elrick, a Senior Program Manager with PIRE and UDETC, has 29 years in law enforcement in Vermont. He<br />
has been the Director of the Police Academy, an elected Sheriff, and a municipal police officer. He has liaised<br />
between the Department of Health (EUDL grant) and Vermont’s law enforcement agencies on training and technical<br />
assistance for UAD activities. He is a consultant for law enforcement and communities nationwide on UAD<br />
training and issues. His B.S. is from the College of St. Joseph.<br />
David Enter<br />
David Enter currently serves as a Lieutenant with the Furman University Department of Public Safety. He has<br />
been with the department since 2000. He earned a B.S. from Southern Wesleyan University and was a graduate<br />
of the FBI National Academy Session 140. Lt. Enter is a retired Captain with the Greenville County Sheriff’s<br />
Office, SC and was also a Military Policeman with the US Army.<br />
Steve Ernst<br />
Steven Ernst has been with the California Alcoholic Beverage Control for 26 years. As Assistant Director, he<br />
oversees 12 field offices, 41,000 licensees, and nearly 180 employees (sworn and civilian). He has organized<br />
enforcement and licensing efforts for three Super Bowls and numerous conventions. He pioneered undercover<br />
ABC narcotic investigations in bars and markets in San Diego County, helped create a regional law enforcement<br />
philosophy, and provided training to allied law enforcement officers in California and Mexico.<br />
Pamela Erickson<br />
Pamela Erickson is a passionate leader on alcohol issues. Currently, she owns Public Action Management and<br />
is fighting alcohol deregulation as a way to reduce underage drinking and other social problems. From 1996 to<br />
2003, she directed the Oregon Liquor Control Commission where she focused the agency’s enforcement efforts<br />
on underage drinking. In 2003, she joined the Oregon Partnership to direct leadership and media campaigns on<br />
underage drinking.<br />
Julie Fischer<br />
Julie Fischer, Juvenile Justice Specialist and former EUDL Coordinator for Montana, has been involved with<br />
youth as an educator, coach, and trainer since 1984. She manages the Title II, Title V, and JABG programs for<br />
the Montana Board of Crime Control (MBCC) and is the State Chair/Coordinator for Montana’s Do the Write<br />
Thing Challenge. She represents MBCC on several councils and committees. Her B.A. is from Bemidji State<br />
University and her M.A. is from the University of Phoenix.<br />
