Jamie McCarville<br />
Jamie McCarville is a volunteer on the Dane County (Wisconsin) Coalition to Reduce Alcohol Abuse. She works<br />
with community partners to implement environmental substance abuse prevention strategies to reduce the<br />
effects of alcohol misuse and abuse and restore accountability in those who manage and those who consume<br />
alcohol for public safety and well-being. She is a Human Service Program Coordinator for the Wisconsin Division<br />
of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Bureau of Prevention Treatment and Recovery.<br />
Marilyn McCoy Roberts<br />
Marilyn McCoy Roberts is OJJDP’s Deputy Administrator for Programs, overseeing the Office’s three program<br />
divisions. Formerly, she was the Director of OJP’s Drug Courts Program Office, which administers a drug court<br />
grant program and provides financial and technical assistance to drug courts. She has staffed and directed<br />
national research projects and has written on many court administration topics, including legislative relations,<br />
substance abuse and the courts, and gender bias in the courts.<br />
Nancy McGee<br />
Special Agent Nancy McGee, with the Missouri Department of Public Safety for 26 years, works to enforce<br />
Missouri’s Liquor Control Act. Currently, she administers the State’s alcohol compliance check program and<br />
coordinates the efforts on college campuses and with community coalition groups. She is an advisory board<br />
member to the SMART Online Server <strong>Training</strong> Program and has trained thousands of people on a wide range of<br />
topics. She has been a consultant to the OJJDP/EUDL Program since 2002.<br />
Barbara McMorris<br />
Barbara J. McMorris, Ph.D., is a Sociologist and Senior Research Associate at the University of Minnesota’s<br />
School of Nursing. She leads analyses for community-based intervention projects targeting youth risk behaviors.<br />
Since 2001, she and her colleagues have worked on the International Youth Development Study to investigate<br />
the development of alcohol use in students in two countries that have adopted different policies toward underage<br />
drinking: zero-tolerance in the United States and harm minimization in Australia.<br />
Beatriz Mendez<br />
Beatriz Mendez, has worked for more than 6 years in the prevention field for Lewis County Public Health and<br />
Social Services, where she has been instrumental in expanding the Reducing <strong>Underage</strong> <strong>Drinking</strong> program to<br />
include extremely rural areas of Lewis County and in engaging youth in the smaller school districts. She has also<br />
played an integral part in the planning of the youth track for the Washington State Prevention Summit for the last<br />
3 years.<br />
Kerry Mensior<br />
Sgt. Kerry Mensior has been a police officer for the San Diego Police Department for 22 years. His has worked<br />
every patrol division in the City of San Diego. Currently, he is an Accident Reconstructionist in the Accident<br />
Investigation Bureau. He has taught at three local colleges and two Police Academies, and has trained communities<br />
in policymaking and law enforcement nationwide. Using his combating UAD experience, he helped create<br />
and administer grant programs, bringing $1.3 million to his department.<br />
