PRESENTERS<br />
Erica Roa<br />
Erica Roa is the Alcohol Standards Specialist for the Office of Student Standards and the Grant Coordinator for<br />
the EUDL (Enforcing <strong>Underage</strong> <strong>Drinking</strong> Laws)-University Initiative Grant for Charleston, Illnois. In her current<br />
job, she processes off-campus, alcohol-related violations that tend to keep her rather busy. Ms. Roa received<br />
her baccalaureate from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and her master’s degree from<br />
Eastern Illinois University.<br />
Keyria Rodgers<br />
Keyria Rodgers is the Director of Macon County Truancy Court, Macon-Piatt Regional Office of Education and<br />
Macon County State’s Attorney’s Office, Decatur, Illinois. She has been establishing Truancy Courts in the region’s<br />
school districts since 2008. She manages input of pre- and post-adjudication data and promotes collaboration<br />
of juvenile justice. She has written proposals for the City of Decatur on truancy and assisted the Decatur<br />
Drug Free Coalition in preventing UAD. Her B.A. is in criminal justice, and her M.A., in legal studies.<br />
Emily Rohloff<br />
Emily Rohloff is the communications specialist at Health First Wisconsin, a health advocacy group that facilitates<br />
the Dane County Coalition to Reduce Alcohol Abuse. For the Coalition, she works to gain media attention for its<br />
issues and speaks out for effective, evidence-based strategies to improve the environment surrounding alcohol<br />
abuse in Dane County. Previously, Ms. Rohloff was a reporter at WISC-TV, the CBS affiliate in Madison, Wisconsin.<br />
Her degree in journalism and mass media is from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.<br />
Adrienne Rollins<br />
Adrienne Rollins received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Public Relations and Organizational<br />
Communication from Cameron University in 2003. Ms. Rollins received her master of public administration degree<br />
from the University of Oklahoma with an emphasis in public policy in 2005. She is also a Certified Prevention<br />
Specialist. Ms. Rollins is the EUDL and SADD Coordinator in Oklahoma.<br />
Sean Rupley<br />
Sean Rupley, for over 6 years, has worked with Youth for Youth LIVE! Guam, a nonprofit, community-based<br />
organization that promotes a tobacco-, alcohol-, and drug-free lifestyle to the youth of Guam. His experience in<br />
prevention includes tobacco intervention, the certified youth crisis helpline, workshop presentation, and group<br />
facilitation. He was the youth chair for the 20th annual Youth for Youth conference and Vice-President for that<br />
year, and this year, he is the President.<br />
Lisa Salazar<br />
Lisa Salazar works with organizations to use eLearning as a way of maximizing educational reach and impact,<br />
particularly in rural areas. Prof. Salazar currently serves as co-chair of the Idaho College Health Coalition, an<br />
organization working with the Idaho EUDL coordinator, Nancy Lopez, to keep underage drinking issues off the<br />
State’s campuses. She has a master’s degree in public health and, in the near future, will have a doctorate of<br />
instructional design.<br />
