PRESENTERS<br />
Senta Goudy<br />
Senta Goudy is the Florida Enforcing <strong>Underage</strong> <strong>Drinking</strong> Laws Coordinator working with the Florida Department<br />
of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Ms. Goudy partners with<br />
the Florida Department of Children and Families helping to build the capacity of communities and strengthen the<br />
use of evidence based practices at both the state and local levels. DCF is linked to community anti-drug coalitions<br />
in 52 counties in Florida. These coalitions conduct needs assessments, develop strategic plans and build<br />
collaborative efforts at the local level. Her work includes the integration of substance abuse and mental health<br />
prevention, treatment and recovery.<br />
Herb Gould<br />
Herb Gould, a retired police officer, has more than 25 years of experience in the prevention field, including 8<br />
years as a DARE Officer and 6 years as a National Faculty member of the Josephson Institute of Ethics conducting<br />
CHARACTER COUNTS for seminars nationwide. Mr. Gould is currently the Director of the Houston County<br />
Drug Alliance Inc., where he works with parents, youth, and law enforcement. His organization focuses on<br />
environmental change through GIS mapping.<br />
Cassandra Greisen<br />
Cassandra Greisen serves as the Associate Director for Project Extra Mile and has worked to prevent underage<br />
drinking and youth access to alcohol since 2005. She oversees statewide activities and conducts media interviews<br />
on media advocacy efforts. She is establishing a statewide network of community advocates who oppose<br />
underage drinking. Her B.S. is in journalism, along with public relations and advertising, from the University of<br />
Nebraska at Omaha, and her M.S. is in public administration.<br />
Tamitra Griffin<br />
Tamitra Griffin is a trained Life Skills Facilitator, Community Connector, and Ministry Builder. She has worked<br />
with hundreds of teens across Chicago, the West Suburbs, and Dallas, Texas. After attaining a bachelor’s degree<br />
from Columbia College Chicago in Public Relations and receiving a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management,<br />
she has used her skills and expertise to build communities, families, nonprofit organizations, and ministries so<br />
they can impact and empower their communities.<br />
Leeza Grim<br />
Sergeant Leeza Grim received a B.S from the University of Maryland and joined the Howard County Department<br />
of Police. After several years on Patrol, she worked for the Street Drug Unit and Narcotics Unit. Later, she transferred<br />
to the Department’s Robbery Unit and then to the Violent Crimes Unit. After 14 years, she was promoted<br />
to Sergeant and currently works for the Office of the Chief of Police, where she supervises the Liquor Inspector<br />
and several other units.<br />
Daniel Gonzales<br />
Daniel Gonzales has been a Nevada Peace Officer for over 8 years, serving as a Detention Officer, Field <strong>Training</strong><br />
Officer, SWAT operator, Drug Recognition Expert, Hostage Negotiator, Crisis Intervention Officer, EUDL Coordina-<br />
