Pr<strong>of</strong>. Nikhilesh Dholakia (RITIM), one <strong>of</strong> the centres<br />

the URI College <strong>of</strong> Business<br />

Administration. Dr. Dholakia holds a B.Tech in<br />

chemical engineering from Indian <strong>Institute</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

Technology, an MBA from Indian <strong>Institute</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Management</strong>, <strong>and</strong> a Ph.D. in Marketing from the<br />

Kellogg School at Northwestern University.<br />

He led the series on Innovation for PGDM marketing<br />

batch <strong>and</strong> provided them with deep insights on the<br />

marketing l<strong>and</strong>scape <strong>and</strong> how innovation is the future<br />

<strong>of</strong> marketing .<br />

<strong>of</strong> expertise include Customer Relationship<br />

<strong>Management</strong>, Marketing Metrics <strong>and</strong> Marketing<br />

Analytics.<br />

Mr. Venkatesan spoke on diverse topics such as<br />

Customer Relationship Lifecycle, Customer Lifetime<br />

Value etc. He explained marketing resource allocation<br />

<strong>and</strong> the various techniques that could be used in such a<br />

scenario. The informative <strong>and</strong> interactive session was<br />
