accounted for 14.2% of the S-REIT
sector and 8.6% of Asian REIT
ex-Japan sector. In FY09/10, it
accounted for about 10.2% of the
trading volume for S-REIT on the
SGX-ST, making it one of the most
liquid REIT in the Singapore market.
