This product is distinguished and full of character with notes of dried fruits (apricot, quince and prunes) and woody, with subtle flavours of vanilla. This Calvados offers a round and long finish, with grilles almond and spice aromas, and reveals tobacco leaves and "roasting" notes. It is sublime and reveals the fullness of its flavours when it is consumed with dark chocolate. Our Cellar Master has worked in close collaboration with Michel Cluizel, the famous Norman chocolatier, to come up with this blend.
