Description: Nova Gorica Polytechnic is the youngest institution of higher education in Slovenia. It was established in 1995 as the School of Environmental Sciences Nova Gorica. In just three years it developed a rich research and educational activity and reorganised itself into the Nova Gorica Politechnic. <strong>Nanotech</strong>nology related work is performed in the Laboratory for Epitaxy and Nanostructures: • Ellipsometry of thin organic layers • Metal-organic semiconductor contacts • Electronic energy band structure of organic semiconductors. 226
