The Project site is spread over 752 acres, which equals approximately 32 million sq. ft. The approximated built-up area, exclusive of commercial and recreational components to be constructed in the next phase, sums to only 1.4 million sq. ft. This area computes an Floor Area Ratio (the “FAR”) of 1:0.043. Phase I of the Project will be spread over 550 acres and will comprise several components as are indicated in the table below.
