The average rental rates for weekends are comparatively higher than those charged over weekdays
as the demand for such farmhouses is naturally higher over weekends. However, rental rates in Malir
are relatively higher compared to other areas due to its close proximity to the city and it being far more
developed than the other farmhouse localities.
The demand in peak season, which starts from May and lasts until August, remains around 80% with
off-peak season demand falling as low as 20%.

Most resort operators offer complimentary services to its occupants. DHA Country & Golf Club only
provides its chalets to its members and average charges range from PKR 9,000 per day on weekdays
to PKR 25,000 per day on weekends. On the other hand, Countryside Chalets who provide their
chalets without any restrictions charge PKR 15,000 to PKR 18,000 per day on weekdays and
weekends respectively.
