Road Maintenance Contributions<br />
4/18 From the end of 2009, the Proponent shall make a suitable annual<br />
contribution to WCC, WSC, and CC for the maintenance of local roads<br />
that are used as haulage routes by the project. If there is any dispute<br />
over the amount of the contribution, the matter must be referred to the<br />
Director-General for resolution.<br />
Road Transport Restrictions<br />
4/19 The Proponent shall not:<br />
(a) load coal or coal reject onto trucks, or transport it off site by<br />
road, outside the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday;<br />
(b) transport more than 170,000 tonnes of coal off site by road<br />
in a calendar year;<br />
(c) transport any coal off site to the Port Kembla <strong>Coal</strong> Terminal<br />
by road.<br />
(d) permit the departure of more than 25 trucks containing<br />
product coal for delivery to the Corrimal Coke works on any<br />
given day; or<br />
(e) permit the departure of more than 30 trucks containing<br />
product coal for delivery to the <strong>Coal</strong>cliff Coke works on any<br />
given day.<br />
