completed their stroke, unless equipment is used
at such as distance to avoid sound interference
with players (with at least a 300mm lens).

INTERNET AND MOBILE BASED
REGULATIONS
Accredited media shall be entitled to report for
normal written journalistic editorial uses within print
and online media.
The media representative must only use scores,
leader boards and statistics for editorial and factual
reporting, unless with the prior written approval of
the Ladies European Tour.
It will be permissible to publish stand alone scores
and leader boards after an embargo of 30 minutes
from publication on the ‘live scoring’ section of the
Ladies European Tour official website, but this must
not be represented as ‘live scoring’. These rights are
owned wholly by the Ladies European Tour.
The media representative may not digitally
reconstruct any play to create ‘live scoring’ on their
own behalf or by distribution, sale or licence of data
to any third party. Scores, leader boards and/or
statistics relating to the event must not be provided
to mobile telephone operators or any other party
involved in mobile telephony services unless agreed
in writing in advance by the Ladies European Tour.
Access Provider. Non-rights holding television and
internet broadcasters, provided they hold proper
media accreditation, will have access, with
equipment, to official press conferences held at
designated areas at the tournament as well as
access to applicable media centres at the LET event.
Non-rights holders may not film or broadcast any
programming from the golf course at any Ladies
European Tour event venue on tournament days.
Non-rights holders will have no access to any
Ladies European Tour event for any purpose
other than recording interviews on tournament
days. Where there is a rights holder in any country,
any other network from that country must clear
access directly with that rights holder for the terms
on which the access material may be transmitted
in that country.
RADIO REGULATIONS
No more than three (3) minutes of event material
may be featured in any single news
programme/bulletin per transmission hour.
Non-rights holding radio and internet broadcasters
may not broadcast, whether on a live or delayed
basis, any live ‘in play’ commentary from a Ladies
European Tour event, unless agreed in writing in
advance by the Ladies European Tour.
Non-rights holding radio and internet broadcasters,
providing they have media accreditation, will have
access to official event press conferences as well as
access to applicable media centres at each venue.

NON-RIGHTS HOLDERS
TELEVISION REGULATIONS
Event coverage may be used only in regularly
scheduled bona fide daily news programmes/
bulletins, specifically excluding any magazine,
analysis, feature and/or discussion programmes,
without the prior consent of the Ladies
European Tour.
For television purposes and for all territories no
more than 120 seconds (2 minutes) of event
material may be featured in any single news
programme/bulletin per day. Access to this
