The Solheim Cup European
Team Qualifying 2013
The 2013 European Solheim Cup Team will consist of 12 members of the Ladies European Tour
(“LET”), selected as follows and the team will be announced on Sunday 4th August 2013
following the Ricoh Women’s British Open:
(a) the top 4 players on the LET Solheim Cup points ranking at the end of the Qualifying Period,
based on Solheim Cup points accumulated from all Ranking Events during the Qualifying Period.
In the event of a tie (equal points), placings shall be determined in favour of the player with the
higher ranking on the Rolex Women’s World Rankings at the end of the Qualifying Period; and
(b) the top 4 LET members appearing on the Rolex Women’s World Rankings at the end of the
Qualifying Period who are not already qualified under (a) above. In the event of a tie (equal
points), placings shall be determined in favour of the player with the higher ranking on the LET
Solheim Cup points ranking at the end of the Qualifying Period; and
(c) a further 4 LET members selected by the European Solheim Cup Team Captain.
